We’re so excited to welcome you! Whether you’re here for a quick recharge or the full CORE experience, here’s everything you need to know to feel comfortable and prepared:

What to Bring:

• A change of clothes for the Cold Plunge and Infrared Sauna

 

• A water bottle to stay hydrated

 

• Dry, comfortable clothing (like shorts or leggings) for Compression Therapy

 

• Optional: flip flops/slides for walking between services

What to Wear:

• For the Cold Plunge and Sauna: Swimsuit or quick-dry athletic wear

 

• For Compression Therapy: Dry, clean clothing that allows for full leg coverage (e.g., leggings or joggers)

 

• For Red Light Therapy: Minimal clothing to expose the areas you want to target (shorts, tank tops, or swimwear work well)
